We currently have a colo special underway for new or expanding customers. Reach out to our sales team sales@netaccess.ca or 905-524-2001 for some details if you are looking to expand or need some data center space.

Network Expansion

We have been diligently upgrading all our network equipment in our wireless POPs (we cover 6600 square kms now with over 30 points of presence). Notices have been going out. We also completed our 20GB additional core upgrade and expanded our private and public cloud infrastructure without any interruptions. Keep an eye out for notices via our new system as give any heads up.

Billing System Changes

We are spending the summer testing and retesting our new billing system, with new invoices and we hope much easier to read. We are anxious to get them out of the new system but are making certain our diligence is done.
