Please note, you should only do this if instructed to by our support staff. Often times, this will remove the configuration you need to connect to our service, and will require someone on site to reconfigure the modem.
To reset your DSL modem to factory defaults:
- Ensure the Router is powered on.
- Press and hold the reset button on the back of the device for approximately 10 seconds.
- This process should take around 30~60 seconds.
