We’ve dedicated the past year to a significant upgrade of our billing system at NetAccess, which had been in place for two decades. Our aim was to introduce several enhancements, and two noteworthy features you’ll find are the new invoice layout control and a refreshed client portal, available at https://my.netaccess.ca .
Initially, our focus is on migrating existing data while maintaining a familiar interface but with a different layout. You’ll be pleased to know that the new portal allows you to view services by location and access data and invoices from multiple locations. The convenience of online payments and detailed service information lookup is already at your fingertips within the new portal.
Our revamped invoices have been designed for simplicity and seamless integration with our online payment portal, including improved security measures.
Looking ahead, we have exciting plans to empower you further. We’ll be enabling features like direct service control via the portal and customization of your internet connection, including options for static IP changes and web hosting login details adjustments.
As we transition to this new system, your feedback and suggestions are invaluable to us. We invite you to share your thoughts with us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
You can access the portal at https://my.netaccess.ca, and in case you encounter any password issues, please use the “Forgot Password / First Time” link located at the bottom of the page. Follow the password reset procedure, and you’ll be able to select the company you wish to view (especially if you have multiple companies) and access the portal seamlessly.
Within the portal, you’ll find:
- Account Details: Providing account data, company information, and your current contact details.
- Services: Offering insights into various locations and the services associated with each site.
- Invoices: A detailed breakdown of every invoice in our new system, along with the option to link to payments.
- Payments: The convenient electronic method for settling your invoices online.
As we roll out these changes in October, we eagerly anticipate your feedback. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team via email at email@example.com or by phone at 905-524-2001. We’re here to assist you every step of the way.
