Digital Phone Systems

Onsite / Hosted / Virtual

Our DPS solutions provide the foundation for our business-class voice services. We manage this service end-to-end, and leverage our private network and carrier interconnections to provide a seamless service with many innovative features, such as call management, analytics, and call reporting.

By design, our service does not use public internet, thus ensuring we have complete control over quality of service.

Depending on our client’s specific requirements, the DPS solution can be a physical server on premise, virtualized in our cloud environment, or hosted inside our state-of-the-art datacenter.

Hosted Phone / ATA

ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) allows our clients to take advantage of digital lines, while maintaining their existing PBX or analog telephones.

This is provided on a per line basis, and includes a DID (phone number) with E911 per line.

With hosted phones, clients are able to connect back to our central digital phone systems via private networks and quality controlled network routers.

Both hosted phone and hosted phone systems can utilize the latest Cisco and Polycom lines of business-class IP phones, while taking advantage of our digital lines to enjoy free, nationwide calling and competitive international /toll-free rates.

SIP Trunking

SIP Trunking allows compatible phone systems to place calls over an IP connection to our voice gateways in Toronto and Hamilton.

SIP Trunks offer flexibility by accommodating a variable number of DID (Phone Numbers) paired with any capacity of lines. For instance, a SIP trunk can be configured with 14 DIDs and a capacity for 30 lines, or alternatively, 30 DIDs with a capacity for 14 lines.

This customizable configuration allows for optimization in both usage and billing, providing businesses with the versatility to align their communication infrastructure precisely with their needs and preferences.

While SIP Trunking is indeed VoIP, we do not generally use public internet connections like other VoIP phone services.

NetAccess recommends a managed, end-to-end connection, which can also double up to provide Internet access with managed quality of service.
