2026 Platform & Security Enhancements
As part of our 2025 roadmap, we have migrated thousands of websites to a new, security-enhanced hosting platform powered by Plesk with Imunify Security, significantly improving protection against modern threats. We’ve also integrated Cloudflare to provide enhanced DDoS protection and traffic resilience as an additional add-on for those customers wanting additional protection.
Our platform has extended to include geographic redundancy including HA (High Availability) hosting through our Toronto and Hamilton datacenters.

Strategic AI: On-Premise & Privately Hosted

Strategic Product Roadmap: Grommunio
As part of our long-term product roadmap, we are introducing Grommunio to support organizations seeking greater control over data, cost predictability, and platform independence. This solution strengthens our collaboration and messaging portfolio while giving leadership teams alternatives that reduce reliance on single-vendor ecosystems and align with evolving privacy and compliance expectations.
For many organizations, this can be a highly cost-effective option—often around 25% of the cost of Microsoft, Slack, and comparable platforms. Because it is self-hosted, all data stays on your own private infrastructure, providing greater control and reducing exposure to third-party data usage.

Coming Soon: AI Strategy, Automation & a Working Lunch
We’ll be hosting an upcoming executive Lunch & Learn focused on two critical aspects of AI adoption that leadership teams are actively navigating.
First, we’ll discuss the implications of using public AI platforms versus privately hosted AI—including what happens when documents or spreadsheets are uploaded to cloud-based AI tools, and how this can impact data ownership, confidentiality, and long-term risk.
