Two days after we installed our new phone system from NetAccess – I knew we had made the right decision. Some of our managers are old school and we encountered quite a bit of initial resistance from them. When our current co-location provider suddenly decided to cease operations at their Hamilton Data Centre, providing only 3 months to transition away from their facility, we went into panic mode. However, in my search to find a new co-location provider the first call was the only call I had to make! From the moment I spoke with the team at Net Access I knew I was dealing with a highly professional and capable organization. Within 2 days I attended an in person meeting at the NetAccess offices. By the end of that week we had a signed contract in place and we begun the planning of our web hosting servers over to NetAccess. The co-location facilities, technical services and depth of knowledge available with NetAccess were far superior than our previous hosting provider offered. The technical team at NetAccess reviewed our server and hosting infrastructure plans, suggested important adjustments for reliability, fault-resilience, and disaster recovery strategies. With the plan in place we set about building a completely new hosting environment within the Net Access Co-Location facility. Everything worked as planned, zero hiccups, zero downtime, just like clockwork. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with our switch over to NetAccess for co-location and server technical support services. I am delighted to be a NetAccess client. They have a customer for life!
